All valuations booked each month will automatically be entered into a prize draw to WIN a FREE consultation* with a senior consultants of the Ann Maurice House Doctor™ network.

This prize draw is open to UK homeowners aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Imagine Group, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. One entry per household. The prize draw runs from 1st March 2008 and 31st December 2008. Valuations booked after this date will not be entered into the prize draw. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible valuations booked on a monthly basis. Each month, between March 1st and 31st December 2008 a draw will take place from all valid entries received that month. Each draw will select winner(s) for the prize that month. The winner(s) will be notified by telephone. If the prizes are unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, supplementary winners may be drawn at Imagine's discretion and notified by telephone. Imagine Group will not be responsible for any inability of the prize winners to take up their prizes, and substitutes will not be offered. Prizes are not transferable.

Each winner will receive 1 initial consultation to take place by March 2009. The names of the winners will be available on request at the close of the promotion.

Imagine Group reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. The prizes are not transferable in the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, Imagine Group reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion; amend these terms & conditions; declare void the notification of winners; and/or to allocate available prizes by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated winners.

Entries not complying with the terms and conditions will be invalid. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms & conditions of this draw, and in the event of a conflict, these terms & conditions take precedence. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

The winners may be required to participate in publicity connected with this promotion and it is a condition of entry that you agree to your name being made publicly available if you win.
