What's included in the Let Only service?
Calling this a Let Only service really does it a disservice, as it's so much more! If you're happy handling the day-to-day management of your property (and the queries from your tenants), and need us to just find you the right tenant, this is the service for you.
Here's what's included;
- Advertising your property
- Accompanying ALL viewings
- Finding you a tenant and processing their references
- Organising the Deposit Protection
- Providing contracts for an Assured Shorthold Tenancy
- Collecting your rent each month
- Chasing overdue rent
- And negotiating and administering contract renewals at the end of each tenancy (subject to renewal fee).
