Full Management

This service is designed to take as much of the stress of letting away from you the landlord as possible. We provide a FREE 6 month rent guarantee on fully referenced tenants and prepare all the necessary initial legal documentation.

In addition we become the first port of call for tenants as and when the property or fixtures require maintenance and take care of these problems on your behalf up to a certain price band over and above which we will seek your approval.

Again we collect the rent within this service and provide you monthly statements to help you keep accurate records of the financial transactions.
