The Let Only Service advertises the property, accompanies all viewings and provides Landlords with a fully referenced tenant and all initial legal documentation.
Full Management
This service is designed to take as much of the stress of letting away from you the landlord as possible. We provide a FREE 6 month rent guarantee on fully referenced tenants and prepare all the necessary initial legal documentation.
In addition we become the first port of call for tenants as and when the property or fixtures require maintenance and take care of these problems on your behalf up to a certain price band over and above which we will seek your approval.
You do still collect your monthly rent – our landlords have told us they prefer this to go direct to them rather than via us – but we will have ensured standing orders have been set up in readiness for the first due payment.
