Open Home Event Management
Perhaps, rather than having to have your home constantly ready for a viewing, you may prefer to have an Open Home event instead. If you really need to make a sale happen quickly and are looking for a very serious buyer, this is the very latest ideal way to sell your home. Your property will need to be competitively priced to attract interest and buyers are under strict timescales to exchange contracts. The best part? The buyer pays your fees.
