Our offices are fully computerised with all staff working from a pc connected to a bespoke software package that controls the client bank and ensures no clients are forgotten. We have SKY showing on a 42" Plasma in the office and 2 window displayed LCDs that run our entire property bank on carousel 24 hours a day.

Ombudsman Scheme Member

The scheme is an Independent system for managing client complaints within Estate Agency. Dissatisfied customers have a proper channel to take their complaint. Upon review, if the complaint is upheld, this results in the member agent paying a fine to the complainer. Membership is subject to an annual fee from the agent meaning we are basically paying to take the risk of then being fined - this means only the agents most confident in the service they offer become members. Whoever you instruct to sell you home make sure they display the Ombudsmen logo.

Owner On Site

The Imagine founder is Mike Cole. At 30 something he is experienced enough to have spent 15 years plus in the business but young enough to retain a passion and drive to make his company Number 1. Mike is permanently based in the Watford office where this drive ensures every single property and client is given proper attention. In Bushey Jason Baker has become a Partner in this branch to ensure the same level of motivation and dedication exists here too.
