Who do I need to tell about my move?

Whether you’re selling, buying or renting, there are lots of people/companies who’ll need to know your new address. We’ve listed quite a few of these and grouped them into categories for you. Some of these listed here will need to know at least a month in advance, others can be notified after you move.

Service and utilities

Water, gas, electricity, phone (landline and mobile), internet service and TV licensing. Some of these would be covered under our complimentary concierge service if you’re taking it.

Health

Doctor, dentist, optician, vet, pet insurance, and health insurance companies.

Financial

Banks, credit card companies, building societies, loan companies, council tax department, your employer, inland revenue, insurance companies and your pension provider.

Vehicle

DVLA, car insurance, car registration, and breakdown recovery.

Others

Subscriptions, clubs, schools/colleges and the library.
