Instead of spending several hours on comparison websites and calling supplier after supplier, trying to work out the best deal, you can make one phone call and we’ll do all this work for you FOR FREE! In fact, we’ll give you your very own Imagine Concierge Manager.
After a quick call with your dedicated concierge manager, they'll provide tailored advice and assistance setting up all your essential property services such as energy, telephone, broadband and insurance.
Gas & Electricity – We can help you switch to a competitive rate instead of you going straight onto the most expensive tariff, which often happens when properties change occupancy.
Broadband, TV & Phone – We’ll help you find the best package for you. Including Sky, Virgin Media as well as exclusive deals with other providers that aren’t available if you go direct.
Council Tax – We’ll notify your local council of your moving-in date. Plus any specific circumstances they need to be made aware of.
Water & Sewerage – We can notify your local supplier and pass on meter readings if they have been given to us.
Contents Insurance – We can arrange a call with an award-winning broker who will search from a panel of over 200 insurers to find you the most appropriate policy.
This service is free for people buying and selling their home through us, as well as moving into or out of one of our rented properties.
