- Accompanying ALL viewings
- Finding you a tenant and processing their references
- Providing contracts for an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (additional charge applies)
- Collecting your rent each month
- Chasing overdue rent
- And negotiating and administering contract renewals at the end of each tenancy (subject to renewal fee).

We're members of The Property Ombudsman (TPO), The National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) and Safe Agent. We also train our staff through the NFOPP programme.
TPO is an independent body which gives the consumer the right of redress against any associated sales or letting business who have failed to adhere to a strict Code of Conduct. The code considers every element of the process from valuation through to the move in. Tenants, landlords, vendors and buyers are all able to have their case looked at if they're not satisfied by the agents' own response to a complaint. NALS is the body which aims to set a benchmark of standards for Letting businesses. They seek annual reviews from our banking and accounting representatives to confirm we're handling our clients' money in the correct way. They also ensure we have all the correct business insurances in place at the appropriate levels. As a consumer, you'll know that you're dealing with an appropriately vetted company.
Safe Agent is a kitemark standard for Letting Agents. It means that we've paid an insurance premium to the scheme that guarantees any client monies will be returned to them if the agent goes bust or disappears.
